This 8x12x4 Barn 3980-H is a great size for most backyards. It will easily hold your small to medium-sized lawnmower along with your gardening and yard tools. It has our 4′ wide double barn doors for getting your mower in and out easily. The 18×22 window with a screen in the back opposite the doors provides light and also extra ventilation if needed. It has a 2′ workbench for a convenient workspace. We added gable vents in both the front and rear gable to allow heat and exhaust fumes in your storage shed to escape safely.
It includes our flooring system called PerforMax. This new flooring has many benefits over standard plywood flooring. Some benefits are Moisture-Resistant resin technology that minimizes linear expansion, thickness swelling, and warping. Also, it has a textured, skid-resistant surface.
