Valley Structures has a new 10 x 10 Cottage that just arrived last week at our Lynchburg lot. A normal pitch on a cottage is an 8/12 pitch, but this cottage has a 6/12 pitch. This Backyard shed is a nice size for storing your lawn equipment and gardening tools. Do you have a riding mower? The doors on this 10 x 10 building are 5-ft x 6ft wide which is perfect for getting your riding mower through. The walls are 7-feet tall and a great space to hang your shovels, rakes, or maybe put up tall shelves for all your storage needs. Do you have extra boxes in your garage that you would like to get out of so you can park your cars in the garage? There is 100 square feet in that building for your storage needs.
Are you a fisherman? During the off-season, you can store your fishing gear and know that it will be in great shape for the next fishing season. This 10 x 10 Backyard Shed has ample room for all of your bikes and outdoor toys.

The inside of this Backyard Shed has TechShield on the ceiling, which is designed to help keep your storage shed cooler in the summer months. The siding is called LP SmartPaenling, which has Silv
erTecg. SilverTech has a finished look that resists flaking and peeling. They will also help reduce the heat in the building. It also gives the interior of the cottage a brighter look. Under the shingles, there is tar paper that will protect the roof sheathing that is under the shingles. In this cottage, there is a 2-foot workbench that will be a great place to out your chop saw or any other tool that you might have. The shelf above the workbench is a place where you can store screws, nails or anything that you do not use regularly.
Valley Structures will deliver your building for you up to 50 miles at no charge, anything beyond that, there is a charge per mile. We will level your building for you for $3.00 per block and we use our blocks only.
