Valley Structures has created a Painted Shed, a 12 x 20-story & 1/2 building with 2 floors. On our lot, here in Lynchburg, in Central Virginia, we have a 12 x 20 Story & 1/2 Cottage Shed. The footprint of this shed is 240 square feet, but that doesn’t include the upstairs space. With the upstairs, you can store things that you do not use a lot.
This extra tall cottage would be a nice hunting place for you and your buddies to come back to and fry your fish or hang up your catch of the day. Ladies, are you looking for that perfect little shed? Just imagine all that you can do in this shed. The skies are the limit with a Story & 1/2.

We have seen previous owners of the Story & 1/2 building use it for a workshop or even a cabin in the woods for hunting. One couple used it for an extra bedroom, for when the family would come and visit. And yes, a few ladies have turned this building into a Shed. This one is a model of what can be ordered. We have many other sizes that you can choose from.
Valley Structures will deliver your building for no charge up to 50 miles. Anything beyond 50 miles there is a small charge per mile. We can also level your shed for $5.00 per block. There is a charge for the guys to come down from the factory to finish raising the roof on the Story 1/2 if you are beyond 25 miles from our store here on Timberlake Rd. Please stop by our office on Timberlake Rd and let us help you with all your storage needs.

Delivery Information
Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. For anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $4.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $5.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
