There are quite a few things that are standard in the Garden House. The roof has a 6/12 pitch with architectural shingles, but it can be upgraded to a metal roof. The overhang on the Pool house is 6″ as well as a 6″ wood trim roofline. The sidewalls are 7′ tall, with 4″ wood trim on the corners. People love the transom double doors and the medium size windows because they both bring in some natural light. Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. For anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $4.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $5.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
