This 10 x 16 Cottage has 160 square feet, so there will be plenty of room. During the winter months, you can store all the chairs and tables in the shed so that you do not have to keep them out in the winter weather. Same with the Lake. Are you looking for a storage shed for your lakehouse to store all your toys during the winter?
Maybe you just bought a new mower and you do not want to keep it out in the elements? Valley Structures has ramps that you can purchase to help get the mower into the shed. The doors on this building are 5-feet wide x 6-feet tall. So, what is nice about this 10 x 16 Cottage is that it has 7-foot sidewalls and if you have tall toolboxes, there is plenty of upper space for those toolboxes. Another thing nice about the taller sidewalls is if you have rakes, shovels, or anything that you want to keep off the floor, just install some hooks and hang them along the walls.

Air circulation is very important in your storage shed. We have added a Ridge Vent that will help with the airflow throughout the building. By keeping the windows open a bit, you will have continuous airflow. The reinforced floor is the strongest floor that we have. It consists of 2 x 6 pressure-treated floor joists that are 16-inch on-center. And the floor is 3/4 inch.

Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. Anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
