This 12 x 20 x 8 Cottage has LP Smart paneling for the walls, which are also pressure treated. It also has TechSheild on the ceiling that will help the building stay cooler during the summer months. There are diamond plates on the single transom door and the garage. There are 2 outlets, 1 switch, and a light fixture for you to bring some power to the building.
This storage shed also includes our new flooring system called PerforMax. This new flooring has benefits over the standard plywood we have used in the past. Delivery
Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. Anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee of $5. 00 per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
