Stop by our Lynchburg lot and see our Wooden Shed which is a 10 x 20 x 8 Cottage. If you need a smaller or larger shed then you order another one. What is nice about ordering a new building is that you can change the options and the colors for that building. Ladies, are you wanting a space that is just yours? A She Shed? A place to work on your crafts, a quiet place to read or you like working with wood? There are so many different things that this building can be used for. Just think about how this building would look by the pool or at the lake. It would be a beautiful and wonderful addition to your home. One customer turned these into a changing and sitting area while chilling out after being in the pool. They laid down hardwood floors and added a little kitchenette.
We delivered another shed that was placed next to the pool with a porch on it so that while the kids were playing in the pool, the adults could be sitting on the porch and out of the shade. The walls are 8 feet tall, which if you have gardening tools will hang nicely.

In almost every building that Valley Structures builds there is a Ridge Vent. The ridge vent is a 10-foot metal piece that is on the roof and will help with air circulation. The importance of the ridge vent is ventilation throughout the building when the windows are open. In this 10 x 20 x 8 Cottage, under the floor, there are 2x 6 Pressure Treated Floor Joist, and 12″ on-center with a 3/4 plywood floor which is called a Reinforced Floor. Another nice option this building has is 6′ Transom Double Doors, which has a window in each door. They will allow some extra natural light in. There are 2 shelves that you can use to store anything that you would like to keep off the floor.
Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. Anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $3.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $3.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
