Valley Structures has an Outdoor Storage building, a 12 x 20 Cottage. This building was just delivered to our lot. We are getting new buildings every other week now. Each of the new buildings will offer different options. So if you see a size you like, you can order one just like it, but change the colors and options.
Did you buy a zero-turn mower this spring and need a place to store it? The doors on this outdoor storage 12 x 20 are 6 feet wide x 6 feet tall, and the transom double door is large enough to drive your mower through. With the mower’s added weight, there is no reason to worry about the floor, as it is a Reinforced Floor. The floor joist is 2 x 6 pressure-treated and is 16 inches on-center. The plywood floor is 3/4 inches thick and strong enough to hold a car when properly supported.
There is a 4-foot loft in the back, which is a great place to store Christmas items.

If this building isn’t the right color for your home, Valley Structures can order another shed that will match your home. We also offer different sizes if this one is to small or to big and different styles that will fit all your storage needs.
Delivery
Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. Anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $4.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $5.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
