Valley Structures has a Vinyl Villa hip roof on the Lot, and it is available. We are able to order another one for you if you need it done differently. This is a 12 x 16 Villa hip roof villa. Does your home have a hip roof? This shed would be a perfect match for your home.
What is nice about having a door on the long side is you will be able to drive your mower straight in. On one side you can store the mower, and you can store your gardening tools, a wheelbarrow, and some gas cans. Then on the other side, you can place bikes, children’s outside toys, or even boxes that you have in the garage that you would like to get out of there. The walls on the shed are 7-feet tall and if you have a ladder, you can use hooks and hang the ladder.
The ceiling has TechSheild, which is a Radiant Barrier Sheathing. It is designed to reflect back the heat from the sun. It blocks up to 97% of the heat from the sun. Your building will feel a little cooler in the summertime.

There are quite a few things that are standard on a Villa. You can order the Villa in an 8-foot, 10-foot, or 12-foot wide. The Architectural shingles are standard and the roof has a 6/12 pitch. There is a 6″ overhand along with a 6″ wood trim on the roofline. The walls are 7-feet tall which is great if you want to hang things that you would like to keep off the floor. Transom Double Doors are also standard and will bring in more natural light into the building.
The 2 – medium windows have trim around them to give the vinyl shed the finished look. The floor in this she is called Reinforced Floor and consists of 2 x 6 Pressure Treated floor joist, 12″ on-center, and a 3/4″ flooring. Please stop by our store and we can sit down and help you design the perfect shed that will suit all your storage needs.
Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. Anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $4.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $5.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
