This beautiful 10×16 Villa 5160-H storage shed provides you with plenty of the storage space you may need in your backyard! With 5′ wide doors wide enough to accommodate most lawnmowers and other wide items. We added a 2′ workbench on the right sidewall to make good use of some of the vertical space in this shed. A great place for boxes, totes, and tools.
It also includes our new flooring system called PerforMax. This new flooring has many benefits over the standard plywood we have used in the past. Some of the benefits are Moisture-Resistant resin technology that minimizes linear expansion, thickness swelling, and warping. Also, it also has a textured, skid-resistant surface. We use the LP Smartside paneling on the walls with the Tech Shield radiant barrier to reflect some heat during the hot summer months and as an added side benefit, it reflects natural light to keep your storage shed brighter inside.
