Valley Structures has a 10 x 12 Vinyl Garden House that is a very classy building and would look great in your backyard. If you have a pool and need a place to store all your pool equipment, then we have the shed for you! We have customers who have purchased a Vinyl Garden House and have sectioned off a portion of the building to use as a changing room and a bathroom. Some folks have even added a porch, so while the kids are playing in the pool, you can be seated in the shade and still keep an eye on them. This vinyl has a unique look.
There are quite a few things that come standard in a garden house. You can get an 8′, 10′, or 12′ wide building. The roof has a 6/12 pitch with Architectural Shingles, but you can upgrade to a metal roof. The overhang on the end of the building is 6″, as well as a 6″ wood trim roofline. The sidewalls are 7′ tall, with 4″ wood trim on the corners. People love the Transom Double Door and the 2 windows.

If this building isn’t the right color for your home, Valley Structures can definitely order another shed that will match your home. We also offer different sizes if this one is too small or to big. We also offer different styles that will fit all your storage needs.
Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. For anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee of $5. 00 per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
