Valley Structures has started using a new floor that is called PerformMax. This new floor is extremely durable. It is pressed with a medium density overlay over the top which gives it the appearance of laminated flooring. Every piece of this floor fits together with gives it a smoother finish. It is also 100% waterproof.
There is a 10-foot Ridge Vent on the roof that will help with air movement throughout the building. The loft will help store items that you don’t use a lot. The floor is strong enough to store heavy things because it is a Reinforced Floor, which is 2×6 Pressure Treated Floor Joist and 12-inches on-center.
