If you do not like the colors or options, you can order one and change the colors or add more options. Do you have a pool and are looking for a place to store all your pool equipment, or even to change and relax? Then this is the shed for you.
We had a customer who purchased a shed out by their pool and turned it into a little pool house. They added a bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a place where they can go in and get out of the heat. Some folks have even added a porch. So while the children are playing in the pool, you can be seated in the shade and still keep an eye on them. Most likely, you will need to order a bigger building. But there are so many different things that you can use the Classic Villa for.
There are quite a few things that come standard on the Villa. You can get an 8′, 10′, or 12′ wide shed. The roof has a 6/12 pitch with architectural shingles. You can upgrade to a metal roof, and since this is a display model, you can change the roof to metal. The overhang on this Backyard Oasis is 6″, as well as a 6″ wood trim roofline. The walls are 7′ tall, with 4″ wood trim on the corners. People love the Transom Double Doors.
