In this 14 x 20 x 8 Cottage, under the floor, there are 2 x 6 Pressure Treated Floor Joist, 12″ on-center, and the plywood floor is 3/4″ thick. The siding on this building has LP Smart Panel, which has SilverTech. SilverTech is a finished look that resists flaking and peeling. The panel will also help reduce heat in the building. It also gives the interior of the cottage a brighter look. Under the shingles, there is tar paper that will protect the roof sheathing.
