This 12 x 20 x 8 Cottage has LP Smart paneling for the walls, which are also pressure treated. It also has TechSheild on the ceiling that will help the building stay cooler during the summer months. There are diamond plates on the single transom door and the garage.
This storage shed also includes our new flooring called PerformMAX. This new flooring has benefits over the standard plywood we have used in the past. Some of the benefits are Moisture-Resistant resin technology that minimizes linear expansion, thickness swelling, and warping. Also, it also has a textured, skid-resistant surface.
