If you have 4-wheelers, just drive them up into the shed and lock the door. The floor in this building is strong enough to handle the 4-wheelers.

What is nice about this 10 x 12 Cottage is that the walls are 7-feet tall. Let’s talk about the options for this wooden Cottage. There is a 10-foot metal ridge vent on the roof which will help with the ventilation throughout the shed. The shutters give the cottage the finished look. Valley Structures protects the thresh hold of the door with a metal Diamond Plate which will help prevent damage to the door opening while riding in your mower. There is a Reinforced Floor in this shed that has a 2 x 6 Pressure Treated Floor Joist that is 12″ on-center. The floor is 3/4″ plywood. Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. Anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee of $5. 00 per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
