Do you have a house at the Lake? Valley Structures has an Outdoor shed that would work wonderfully for all your Lake accessories. You can store your rafts, inner tubes, and life jackets for your boat. The Villa is a unique building since it has a hip roof. What is a hip roof you ask? A hip roof is a type of roof that has no gables or other vertical sides. A square hip roof is shaped liked a pyramid. Also, all the sides slope downwards to the walls, usually with a fairly gentle sloop. The villa also has 7-foot sidewalls which will come in handy when you want to hang all your rakes, shovels, and anything else that you want to keep off the floor.

If you have a pool, this is a nice building that can sit next to the pool. During the winter months, you can store all the cushions, chairs, or all the pool chemicals that you have leftover from the summer.

There are many things that are standard on the Villa. Architectural shingles are standard with 7 different colors that you can choose from. Under the shingles, there is tar paper that will give further protection from moisture. The roof is a 6/12 pitch with a 6″ overhang and 6″ wood trim roofline. The sidewalls are 7-feet tall with 4″ wood trim on the corners. There are 5-Foot Transom Double Doors along with 2 – 26″ x 36″ windows with Garden Style Trim.

Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. Anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $4.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $5.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
